I'm assuming you have already prepared and solved the physics problem and that it is a 3D problem.
Go to "Results" under the Model Builder. Right-click on Results, then choose 3D Plot Group. Right-click on the new 3D Plot Group, and choose Surface. In the Settings section, under Expression, type (for example) emw.normJs , which is the norm of the surface current density. You can also plot other kinds of current density expressions, including specific components on surfaces, etc. You can find the choices in pull-down menus (see the down arrow next to the little green and red triangles by the Expression bar under Surface in Settings). You can also do surface arrow plots.
One way to avoid plotting your results on non-antenna surfaces is to hide the display of those other surfaces. Look under (most likely) Component 1, Definitions, and right-click on View 1, then choose "Hide for Physics," then in Settings change the Geometric entity level from Domain to Boundary, and choose the surfaces you want to hide.
