Navier Stokes boundary conditions

Hi,

i'm working in a free convection model, and i want to know how can i impose a convectif flux for the velocity, i explain : i want to have u = 0 and dv/dy = 0 (u and v are the velocity components). i can only impose a value for v from the boundary conditions menu but not dv/dy.
