How simulate the stress of v-spring with crackle.

whether comsol can simulate the fracture mechanics.I study recently the stress of v-spring with crackle and need predict the fracture of spring.I think this need fracture mechanics ,but i don't know how do it.Can give me some advice or an outline to resolve my questions.Thanks!
