Iteration and error while simulating?

Hi,

I am working on COMSOL 4.2. It has been recently upgraded.
I have the problem of "Out of memory" and could improve by "client/server". However, when simulation sarts, it reach 70% and iteration keeps running and the error is high and varies around 10^6.

How can i solve this problem??
