Periodic boundary condition at multiphysics interface.

I am working with Comsol to solve a Thermoacoustic problem (Simulation of a thermoacoustic refrigerator).Here I have two domains (I am simulating a stack). In one domain I have thermoacoustic process and in other there is heat transfer.I want to specify a periodic boundary condition for the heat transfer domain .This periodic condition is the solution from Thermoacoustic analysis. It will be very helpful if someone can explain me how to provide such boundary conditions.Also, is it possible to obtain frequency domain solutions for this case? Hope someone will help me.
