Micro bumping simulation-Out of memory

Hi all!

I am a beginner in COMSOL and need some help in simulating the micro bumps. I am trying to check the pressure on the bumps. I am using the Boundary Load in Solid Mechanics. But when I computed it, it always told me that it run out of memory. But my computuer is with 4GB memory. Could anyone help me about this?

My setting of the model is attached. Please check
