Hi
well CFD is not my specality, but for the methodology approach, my suggestion would be to solve a stationary flow water only first and use that as initial conditions for a transient 2 phase mixing solver physics as second step
And I woud use the latest version, it has enhanced CFD capabilities w.r.t the earler v4 releases ;)

Good luck

Hi Ivar,
I already have a solution to the stationary water only model. For the mixing though, how do I implement the appropriate boundary conditions or tell the program what two fluids are present and at what locations. Sorry but I am a newby and I am not sure how to make this model. Is there any sample model you can refer me to for mixing or fluid injection?

Take a look at the "micromixer" model example.
