DEP effect on GUVs

i have generated the Gaint unilamellar vesicles from DPhPc lipid rehydrated with sucrose of PH-7. i need to check the DEP force on GUVs of different diameters. is it possible to do it ? and how to find the DEP parameters too for simulating this ?
