Capacitive pressure sensor

I want to simulate a capacitive pressure sensor where two thin nickel of radius 6mm sheet are used as two opposite electrodes. CNT coated composites are used as main filler material between two electrodes. When pressure applied the resistance of the sensor decreases. How can I simulate this type of simulation? please suggest me.
