Time dependent heat flux, T-exterior input

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello, I am reletively new to comsol, I am trying to solve a transient heat transfer problem, the heat transfer occurs in domains of different materials. Theortically there will be a heat transfer resistance between the different domains which I am trying to incorporate interms of heat flux. I need help here, since the problem is time dependent the T-exterior which I will be using in heat flux is the temperature of the neighbouring node at particular time. So the T exterior has to change at each time point based on the temperature of the neighbouring node. Can some one suggest how to use the temperature of the neighbouring node which is calculated during the simulation can be used in T-exterior?

Thanks in advance.
