Hi

"DoF" are "Degrees of Freedom" or unknowns. Someting must have gone wrong with your model.

I would propose to try a Edit clear all solution, clear mesh, File reset save, close COMSOL and reopen a fres new session and hen load the file and try again.

If that is not enough, there is the possibilit to also "delete" the solver sequence, but it will also clear all your predefined plots, so you must regenerate them.

Sometimes, when you change often your model during build-up and debugging you might change too many things so COSMOL has trouble adapting the solver sequence (dependent variables, segregation steps, etc)

I cant remember havenig seen that particular error

Good luck

Dear Marian,

did you solve your problem? I am currently tackling with identical error message

Although I have followed the advice the COMSOL support returned to you: I have no success in solving my model.

Thanks four your kind answer
