Gyroscope Design using comsol

As u all know the gyroscope is considered as one of the toughest mems products to realise both during fabrication and design.

I was getting more interested in the design and have done some work on it so far

I will further appreciate any feedbacks on this topic as a design problem

yes of course it is very interesting; we can understand the real fact behind MEMS while designing a structutrally complex gyroscope. Am also tried gyroscope only and got satisfactory results. Still exploring further
