Transmembrane voltage calculation

Hi, I am pretty new to COMSOL. I am trying to calculate the transmembrane voltage of a 2D model but I am at a loss on how to go about it. I used the up(V)-down(V) expression for a 3D model (contact impedance). I am not sure if that can be translated into a 2D model. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, Upasana
