Phase Change Material modeling

hello, i was using comsol V5.2a for simulating a phase change material inside a solid domain, and it showed a ((nearly)) constant temperature during melting and soldification. now i'm using COMSOL v5.5 with the same old model but it dosen't show that constant temperatue during melting nor soldification. can anyone suggust what modification should i do ? thanks in advance.
