Simulating the Hall Effect.

I'm having trouble finding resources explaining how to simulate the Hall Effect. Specifically I want to learn how to create a COMSOL simulation of the Hall Effect that has the following elements:

  • Simulation of the Hall Effect on a doped silicon plate.
  • Charge buildup due to the Lorentz force.
  • Voltage potentials created by this charge buildup.
  • Current densities/voltage potentials throughout the silicon plate.
  • Being able to change the vector field of the magnetic field applied to the silicon plate.

I've read papers where people have developed COMSOL simulations of Hall Sensors that make it seem like doing all of this is possible in COMSOL. So it does seem like there are people out there who know how to do this. But does anyone here have resouces I could use to learn how to create such a simulation for myself?
