How to export modifications made on some of mesh elements in matlab to comsol?

I modified one mesh element (the mechanical properties of only one mesh element is changed) from Matlab. The next step is exporting the mesh with new value to comsol to run the simulation. Any idea?

Well I think the answer is using "mphlaunch" command.
