Could anyone help me transfer this COMSOL 3.4 model to 3.5 version?

Dear all

I have got a V3.4 model but can not open it with V4.1. I know COMSOL 3.5a can open this file and save it as V3.5a which can be opened by V4.1, but I do not have V3.5a at hand. Could anyone do me a favour on this? Thanks.
