Line heat source problem with rectangle heat flux function

I have modelled a line heat source at the centre of the cylinder in a 2D axissymmetric heat transfer in solid module. I have used a rectangle and analytic function to make the heat flux on for 30 s and then off for 30 sec. But, the temperature profile wrt time shows that heat flux is on for 26 s and then it is off. What is the probable problem? I am attaching the image for temperature profile and heat flux at a small distance from the axis.!!
