Poroelastic biphasic tissue analysis

i have prepared a assembly having 2 segments of bone, a plate and 8 screws with healing tissue. i want to apply axial load on it and due to bone's axial strain, i want to measure the behaviour of healing tissue (poroelastic or Biphasic materials). what should i do. i have tried many time but even axial deformation not come between the bone segments. please help me to finding out the solution. thanks.
