How to add all overpotentials in SOFC unit cell

Hello , i am facing a difficulty in adding overpotentials in my sofc model. The activation overpotential , concentration overpotential and ohmic overpotential are three losses in overall voltage of sofc during load conditions . i have slight understanding of all these overpotentials but i am unable to model it in COMSOL.like concentration overpotential is related to partial pressures of spcies at bulk and reaction sites , and when i declare a variable at different domains it shows error .
