Error in implementing deformed geometry

Hello all, I am trying to simulate boundary movement using the deformed geometry in my 2-D axisymmetric model attached. The boundary should move inside with time. The model is running fine for the initial 10 seconds but as I increase the time, I get the error " Repeated error test failures. May have reached a singularity. Time: 11.307408951189441 s. Last time step is not converged."
I tried refining the meshing and changig the velocity of mesh movement but still not able to do it.
Can you have a look into the model and suggest how can this error be removed. Thanks in advance.
