Setting initial value for a point

Hello everyone,
I have a reaction-diffusion system with two variables, U and V and my geometry is a square. I have to assign initial values as U=1 and V=0 but at the origin initial values should be U=1/2 and V=1/4. So, I am trying to put a "point" in the middle of the square and assign an initial value for it. However, I cannot select this point as domain. How can I solve this?
