Geometry swelling and shrinking based on external and interal concentrations

Hey, I'm trying to model a human cell shrinking and swell with regards to extracellular and intracellular solute concentration. I've tried using a parametric curve, but it returns unknown variable mod1.c for one of my concentration variables. I've made sure that the variables are defined, but this problem persists. Has anyone else tried this. I'll attach my file to this.

Thank you

Hi

you cannot use variables to drive a geometry (at least not in v4.2a) you can only use Parameters and a Parametric sweep solver to modify the geometry.

However you should consider using the Deformed Geometry DG "physics" under Mathematics Deformed mesh
Check your doc, and the model library examples

Good luck

Hey, I have tried the deformed geometry physics, but it does not allow me to chose the boundaries that i want to move. Also, I can't find a deformed geometry physics example in comsol. I you know what it is under i would appreciate it.

The model is attached again this time with as far as i could get with the DG physics
