How to write partial differential operator in flux boundary condition

Hi, How can I write a partial differential term in the flux boundary condition of transport of diluted species interface. I tried using d(N,t) (variable N depends on both space and time) but I am not sure whether this is right. kindly let me know if you have any idea about that.

Hi, thanks for your response. The suggested video is for solving PDEs with coefficient form PDE interface. Can you suggest me a way to use a partial differential operator in a particular term in an equation defined by me.
