External current conversion from Cartesian coordinates to cylindrical coordinates

Hello everyone, in the past I have implemented a model with the use of the AC / DC module for a study of electric and magnetic fields applied to the analysis of eddy Currents. In this model I have inserted an "external current" forcing with the classic Cartesian coordinate: Jex = -y/sqrt(x^2+y^2), Jey = x/sqrt(x^2+y^2) and Jz = 0. Now, I would like to create the same model but taking it from 3D to 2D axial-symmetric. In this case the forcing "external current" how can it be transformed in Jer and Je-phi?
