Regarding Small-Signal Analysis of a MOSFET

I am working with frequency sweep analysis for electronic devices. I am following comsol 6.0 example namely Small-Signal Analysis of a MOSFET. But, I found on changing the frequency range in the original mph example file the current Vs frequency plot is in the upward direction which is undesirable. Kindly help me in this regard.
