fail to couple laminar flow and transport of diluted species

i am trying to couple laminar flow and transport of diluted species. it is a time-dependent simulation. the sink of 2 species is the bring part of an image. under stationary case, the coupling of the two modules works fine. when switching to time dependent simulation, the model can run and there is no error message. Flow can be simulated nicely. however no sign of species transport can be seen. the model is attached here. Hope someone can help a little bit.
