Wide band gap materials

Hi,

Im working on wide band gap material simulations and im getting extremly low carriers concentration (10^-25). Ive tried working with different materials, working with Silicon and increasing its band gap, but it doesnt change the concentration as it is calculated from the bandgap. has anyone encountered a similar problem and can provide any suggestions?
