Hello Ahmed,
It would be helpful if you could give more information about how far along you are towards your goal of optimizing a photonic crystal fiber. Have you already built the model of your PCF and are now looking to optimize it? If so, it would be helpful to know what quantity exactly you are hoping to minimize or maximize, as well as what aspects of the model you can change to perform this optimization; and crucially, do you have a license for the optional Optimization Module?
If you have not built your PCF model yet, you can find various examples on the COMSOL website by using relevant query terms, see for instance these links to get you going with that, and then worry about optimizing the model as a second step. In terms of products you will need, aside from the core COMSOL Multiphysics, the Wave Optics Module is likely to be the best suited to your work - but again it's hard to say for sure without more information from you on what you are trying to get out of the model.
