Arc heating of metal ingot

I use COMSOL to simulate the arc heating of metal ingot，first study 1 with stationary study，the solution has quickly obtained， however on the study 2 with time dependent by using stationary solution 1 as initial value ，the compution can not converge, with error message of Feature: Time-Dependent Solver 1 (sol2/t1)，Nonlinear solver did not converge. Maximum number of Newton iterations reached. Time: 6.2499999999999952e-07 s. I have tried with different time steps and mesh sizes, however, the error of not converge still happens. A mph file with solution cleared is attached for reference.
