Predicting tan delta (Internal friction) using three-point bending

Hello everyone, I want to simulate dynamic mechanical analyser for predicting damping properties such as Tan delta with fixed frequency, amplitude, and heating/cooling rate. Temperature sweep from -100C to 150C.

Is that possible? Is any model available?
