changes in geometry

hi,
am designing a 3d comb drive accelerometer, i have made some perforations in the proof mass( circle) when i run the model, shape of perforations changes to octagon..cud any1 help me wit this..

Hi

this can come from the meshing (chek) the meshing view, or from the geometry rendering, check the relative and absolute scalings
