regarding the performance analysis of TFT (thin film transistor)

Dear sir, I have simulated one TFT model. For that in small signal analysis I want to make 1. frequency as a independent variable (on X-axis) and 2. oxide thickness as a independent variable (on X-axis) But it is showing some errors while normal ac as well as dc studies are working.Please share some file from where I can get help to resolve my problem.
