physical settings of high-frequency electrode design

Hello,
I am designing a component with high-frequency GS electrodes (~50 GHz) in RF module.
As shown in the attached figure, I would like to simulate the probe connected above the Pads. Currently, I am using a Lumped Port (Uniform) design placed between two TBC and located at the center cross-section of the Pad. The outermost boundary of the simulation region is set with SBC. I would like to know if the setup is correct or if there are areas that need improvement (including physics, mesh & study).
My explanation may not be detailed enough, but you can refer to the attachment for more information.
