Using COMSOL on a CYCLECLOUD HPC based on Europe West

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a system admin at the University of Bath. Some departments have the faculty licences. We have a CycleCloud Azure HPC that on demand spins up nodes (Virtual Machines) that are NOT located in the UK. Users can connect to the internal network using a VPN. The network s internal, However, the data centers hosting the machines are not in the UK.
The software would be installed on shared drives also not located in the UK.
What are our options to allow users at the University to use the software in this case?
