frequency in time department

in the time domain for a cantilever beam to sine load, I found that the frequency of small such as the 200 hz, I obtained a point displacement for a complete sine images, but when the frequency is higher, such as 4000 hz, according to the same method, the displacement of a point is not a complete sine image, please help me, thank you very much!
