Advice to study a borehole system behaviour. (4.3b)

Hi,
I am a beginner with Comsol, and I am studying a heat exchange borehole system.

I want to consider the heat flux coming from the ground, the transfer between the pipe inside and the filling liquid inside the borehole. But I think that first it would be better simulate only the transfer between borehole and ground without pipe inside.

My question is how I can simulate that the heat flux is coming from the top, the liquid that flow going down?
I just simulated with a uniform heat flux, in the borehole surface.

If I am wrong, could you tell me the correct steps to a realistic simulation.

Thanks for your help.
