Problem of the two phase flow

Hi, I try to do a simple 2D two phase flow model with the laminar two phase level set. I want water from inlet flow through the air phase and then go away from outlet. In the model, I set the square as the water and the big rectangle as the air phase. The interface was set between them. The top edge is inlet and the bottom edge is the outlet. The gravity covers the whole domain. The water should flow away from the outlet, but the program is stuck when the water fall to the bottom and tries to flow away from outlet. I upload my file and anyone can help me solve this problem, really appreciated!
