I have designed a 100.1 MHz surface acoustic wave (SAW) device on YZ Lithium Niobate in 2D and 3D using Piezoelectric Devices module.
I need to analyze the Surface Charge Density and Current Density on the surface of the substrate both on IDT and also the free area (no electrode), but zero charge is predefined for all boundaries except fixed, terminal or grounded ones which results in zero Surface Charge Density. (pzd.nD=0 for all boundaries)
I want to see when the SAW is propagating on the surface, how much charge is generated on the surface without me assigning any predefined value (pzd.nD) for it.
Is there any way I can simulate this?
If there is, can I identify the type of the charge whether it's an electron or a hole?
