how to set the boundary condition when two functions are necessary?

Hi, everyone.

I am using Neumann boundary conditions for one-dimensional PDE problems.
but in my case, the boundary condition should be:

du/dx + cu=0
and
du/dx - cu=0

it contains two functions. How can I realize it? Thanks a lot.
