Solder Reflow Simulations

Can someone please guide me in this area. I am a little lost. I have tried all the COMSOL models but I am not able to translate it to the actual simulation.

I want to be able to do this on a 3D Slab of solder and show that when temperature is applied, it will begin to melt and due to the surface tension, it will form a spherical shape.
Please, if someone can help me in this direction, it will be really helpful. Or if someone has a model that they worked on and can share it with me, that would be fine too.
