Boundary Flow Volatization (Boundary Not applicable)

I am trying to run simulations on evaporation. One of the boundary conditions I would like to use is flow boundary volatilization and No Flow boundary volatilization. However, I can't seem to select the boundaries. IT always says boundary not applicable. I have two different models. ONe is a model I am coming up with on my own and the other is an example from the following website www.comsol.com/model/download/178683/models.ssf.pesticide_transport.pdf
