Here is the batch script I regularly use on my cluster for large models:
#!/bin/sh

# run comsol 4.4 in client-cluster mode

CS_NH=1
CS_NN=6
CS_NP=16
CS_ROOT=/usr/local/COMSOL44/bin
RUN_ROOT=/home/uid/comsol/v4.4/
