unequal number of points for vector field exported from a surface

I am interested in exporting the evaluated electric field vectors on a surface corresponding to the designed geometry (rectangular block).
1. I have defined the surface as a data set in the Results section
2. Made a surface plot of the respective field components in a 3D Plot group.
3. From the surface plot, I used Add Plot Data to Export to export the tabulated values for each of the components Ex, Ey, Ez.

The export function works fine. However, it turns out that the exported tables for Ex, Ey and Ez contain different numbers of points., therefore it is not possible to make a single file with the Ex, Ey, and Ez components tabulated as some points are omitted for Ez while they are present for Ex and Ey and vice versa. This issue seems associated with the edges and corners of the structures.

Is there any way this problem can be avoided, i.e. identical arrays of mesh points are exported for all 3 components of the vector field?
