Implement a velocity field which is a function of spatial coordinates

Dear Comsol users,

I am trying to solve a 2D mathematical model describing heat and mass transfer in a moving porous media.
To be able to describe the movement of solid particles, I need to implement their velocity profile and use it as input to solve the rest of equations.

As you can see in the attached file, I have a matrix for solid particles velocity components (u,v) in function of spatial coordinates (x,y).

Any recommendation how to implement this matrix? Is it possible to use it for the resolution of mass and heat equations for a meshed geometry with nodes different from ones where the velocity components have been measured?

Thank you for your help.
