How to specify electric field for piezoelectric simulation

Hi,

I'm simulating a semiconductor device using another software (Silvaco Atlas) which calculates the electric field at every point within the domain. I would like to use this electric field profile in an electro-mechanical simulation to determine the stress and strain due to the inverse piezoelectric effect. What is the most straightfoward way to do this in Comsol 4.3b?

To be clear, I do not want Comsol to calculate the electric field for me.
