Discretization Scheme

Hi.
I'm a new Comsol user who has just switched from Fluent to Comsol for a certain application. To make the understanding and the process easier, I'm trying to make similarities between the problem set-up procedure in the two softwares. I have been able to figure out most steps, except the following:

1) How do I select a discretization scheme? Order of discretization I figured out, but scheme I havent been able to.

2) Unsteady computations: How do I change time step and number of interations per time step. So far both have been fixed in my Comsol simulations.
