Importation of non-true CAD files

Hi,
I'm quite new to Comsol (student, I don't have the CAD import packages). I've been creating a .stl file in Solid Edge and importing it into comsol. But I notice the dimensions of the 3D-axis re-scale to be like a lowest common integer once in Comsol. Is there a way to maintain the dimensions from Solid Edge, or even to scale them once in Comsol, so the dimensions are the same?
