Expression for the derivative of magnetic flux density over an arc length

Hello everyone, I want to take the derivative of magnetic flux density on a circle. For this i defined a circle through parametrized curve in the datasets then in the line graph i need to write the expression for the derivative of magnetic flux density in y-axis while the arc length is on x-axis. what should be the expression for the derivative .... For the magnetic flux density the expression is mef.Bz.......
