natural convection problem

I am doing a simple natural convection flow problem in a rectangular cavity. Gravity is in the negative y (vertical) direction. There are two inlets and two pressure outlets. This is shown in attached.
Since outlet is very small, I am expecting the pressure inside the cavity to be uniform at 1200Pa and that the flow will escape the two outlets on the right. However, this is not what I am getting. The flow exits the rectangle from the upper outlet but I have flow coming INTO the rectangle from the bottom outlet. I am very puzzled as why this is happening. By right the flow should escape from both top and bottom pressure outlets. Anyone knows why?
